Just structure it like this:
1) because u r writing an informal letter you can start off however you want. you could possibly say hello to ur grandparents in that begging part
2) you should get onto the topic of how you are going to their house (maybe talk about the activities that you will be doing with them/ ask them what they have planned, e.g. where you will go).
3) thank them for inviting you over
4) sign it off with ur name.
That should be enough for one whole letter and also remember this is an INFORMAL letter to ur grandparents so don't use big words.
Hope this helps xx

Dear grandpa and grandma
Thank you for inviting me to spend my holidays with you. Oh, how I miss your little room in Mussoorie. I am so jolly with the thought of visiting you.
It has been a long while since we last spent time together. I cannot help thinking about the exciting daily routine I would have in Mussoorie during my holidays. It would be nice to eat Maggi in breakfast everyday, shout at monkeys sitting on the railing, relishing their mangoes, lie out lazily in the warm sun making up for all the cold weather, play cards with you or even roam around to some favourite places. I wonder whether we would travel to the Gun Hill Point and beat each other at games, or walk to that Chinese restaurant that makes the most delicious momos ever, or also go shopping, shopping and shopping in the buzzing Tibetan markets!
And as mother told me to say, I will surely behave myself and take care of you both too. Do write to me soon, adding some more places to the wishlist!
Yours affectionately
Millie
