please give me some points on maturity is not when we start speaking big things it is when we start understanding small things

Maturity is known when a simple kid changes into a very disciplined and a good boy/girl.When a kid knows about everything like how to save money, how to eat food in a disciplined manner,how to behave and converse with elders etc.
