•Sleep enough in the morning(5 hours is enough)
•Don't even dare to drink coffee or tea they are bad for your brain.
•Try to eat in some intervals of time, they will keep your digestive system in motion.
•If possible, don't lie on bed, try to study in a table.
•Listening to little loud or rock music will also help.
