       We square on both sides

  Therefore:

            (m-\frac{1}{m})^2 =7^2

           m^2+(\frac{1}{m})^2 - 2m*\frac{1}{m} = 49  (By the formula (a-b)^2=a^2+b^2-2ab)

            m^2+(\frac{1}{m})^2 -2= 49

            m^2+\frac{1}{m^2}  = 49+2

            m^2+\frac{1}{m^2}  = 51
