 {x}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } = ({x + \frac{1}{x} })^{2} - 2 \\ = (\sqrt{7 } + \sqrt{6} + \sqrt{7} - \sqrt{6} ) ^{2} - 2 \\ = 2 { \sqrt[]{7} }^{2} - 2 \\ = 28 - 2 \\ = 26
