please give me the formula of converting cm^2 to m^2

 Just figure that 1 cm = .01 m 
and 1 m = 100 cm 
so, 
for cm2 to m2 substitute 1 cm2= (.01)(.01) = .0001 m2 
and 1 m2 = 100 cm x 100 cm = 10000 cm2 
so the formulas to convert are 
x cm2 = .0001 x m2 
and 
y m2 = 10000 y cm2

To convert cm^2 to m^2 u need to divide the given value in cm^2 by 10000
as we know 1 m = 100cm
hence  1 m^2=10000cm^2
