Simplest ratio =  \frac{14}{11}

This question try to say that:

There is an alloy (Homogeneous mixture) of copper and tin

Copper present in alloy = 7/2 gm = 3.5 gm

Tin present in alloy = 11/4 = 2.75 gm

∴ Ratio = (7/2) ÷ (11/4) = 7 × 2/11 = 14/11
