now according to the question, we have


(11A+8)/(8A+8) = 5/4,


then

4(11A+8)=5(8A+8),


44A+32=40A+40,

44A-40A=40-32,

4A=8,

then

Mohit's present age=11×2=22 yrs,


Mayank's present age=8×2=16 yrs
