Area of Quadrilateral

 \frac{1}{2} (18m + 13m) \times 12m \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 31m \times 12m \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 174 {m}^{2}  \\  = 87 {m}^{2}
