Answer:

Here we have,

Velocity of object in ground=

u= 3i +4j -k

velocity of mirror again in ground =

v=-2i

Thus

The velocity of object wrt the mirror=

vel. of object - vel of mirror

=u - v

={3-(-2)} i + 4j -k

=5i+4j-k

therefore as the mirror lies in the y/z plane, the x component of vel will reverse it's direction to form vel of image

So, velocity of image wrt the mirror =

-5i+4j-k

Hence ,

velocity of image in ground =

velocity of image wrt mirror + vel of mirror

= -7i+4j-k.

HELLO MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER..

Velocity of object in ground [u]= 3i+4j-k

velocity of mirror[v]=-2i

velocity of object wrt mirror

= velocity of object - velocity of mirror

=U - V

=[3+2] i +4j - k

=5i+4j-k

As given mirror is placed in yz plane the velocity in x direction changes so we get it as

= -5i+4j-k

velocity of image

= velocity of object wrt mirror + velocity of mirror

=-5i+4j-k + -2i

=-7i+4j-k
