1) Seeing the following picture one can easily say that the lady is running in a stress or frightened for anything urgent. As she is running holding her child in her laps the incident must have been happened is that the child must have been gone ill and his condition would be so bad like his fever must be at a high temperature and that lady must not have any source to react at such a emergency like calling his dad or the ambulance.

2) After thinking carefully I would start running along the lady without asking her to stop and making her delay

and would ask what had happened and would try to help her out by getting her a public transport like rikshaw or a taxi at earliest to reach out her destination.
