Please give right answer! What do we observe when when few seeds of green gram were soaked in water for a day and then wrapped in a moist cloth. When few cooked seeds of green gram were soaked in water and later wrapped in a moist cloth?

It absorbes water and starts to grow. First, it produces a small root and then a stem with 2 tiny leaves, called the sprout. That's it. When you can see the sprout, you know the seed has germinated.

Answer: if gram seeds are covered with a damp cloth and left for a day, a white structure will develop which is called a radicle. these seeds are used for eating.
