1. every plural subject takes a plural verb

2. every singular subject takes a singular verb

1. bro if two subjects are joined by 'and' whether they are singular or plural it should take a plural verb

2. if either is before the two subjects joined with 'and' then it should take a singular verb

3. somebody is a singular subject so in any sentence with two subjects joined with and it should take a singular verb

4. if either and somebody is used before any two subjects joined by 'and'

it should take a singular verb
