Circulatory system helps in transport of respiratory gases, nutrients, excretory wastes, hormones etc. Heart is the main organ of this system, it pumps blood to all over the body. Any defect in organs of circulatory system may result in a disorders.
Some Circulatory System disorders are -
1. Hypertension - When blood pressure increases upto 140/90 or more then such condition is known as Hypertension. Hypertension may cause by smoking, alcohol abuse, high cholesterol levels, stress, some time emotional stress, shock etc. It can directly affect Heart and some vital organs like Kidney and Brain. It may result in stroke. Hypertension is also known as "Silent Killer".
2. Atherosclerosis - If the lumen of artery gradually becomes narrow due to deposition of of cholesterol. In this disease gradually an outgrowth forms in the lumen known as Atherosclerotic plaque. Sometimes it blocks the passage and completely stop the supply of blood.
3. Arteriosclerosis - It is harding or stiffing of arterial valve due to deposition of Ca, cholesterol etc. It increases blood pressure and decreases the supply of blood.
4. Angina - It is acute pain in head muscles due to insufficient supply of blood and Oxygen. It is usually causes due to blockage in coronary artery.
5. Heart Failure - Insufficient supply of blood and oxygen by the heart to the different parts of the body is termed as Heart Failure. It is also known as Congestive Heart Failure because affected person feels difficulty (congestion) in breathing.
• Cardiac Arrest - Stopage of heart beat is termed as cardiac arrest.
• Heart Attack - Damage of heart muscle is termed as heart attack.
There are several methods are available to treat all those disorders by the experts. (If they are treated earlier). The medical expert (Doctor) who treats such types of disorders are called Cardiology.
We can get rid from these deadly disease by doing some simple efforts. such as -
