A ribbon at the door sticked with tape and a nice bow in the centre a nice ribbon cutting ceremony would be a cute thing. Colourful plastic sheets which come in various colours such as red, blue, purple,yellow, pink, can be sticked on to the lights if the class. The black board can be decorated by writing the occasion in colourful markers. The class desks can be arranged in a circle or whatever pattern is suitable it will be a nice change from the rows.
