A thunderstorm is also known as an electrical storm or a lightning storm. It is a storm characterised by the presence of lighning on the Earth's atmosphere, which is known as thunder.
They are usually in the form os strong winds and continues with heavy rain and also with snow when it goes on to extreme power sometimes. But some thunderstorms will produce little precipitation and also nothing sometime.
These thunderstorms result from the heavy upward movement of warm and moist air. Thunderstorms can form and devolop in any place. Thses thunderstorms are responsible for the development and the formation of the weather moslty in India. Thunderstorms somtimes develop with great hazrads and can destroy anything in some time.
