The question is incomplete firstly.

Step-by-step explanation:

If you consider Atomic radius, then

Noble gases have largest atomic radius , Halogens have smallest atomic radius and the atomic radius then increases as we go from right to left across the period .

Alternately we can say , atomic radius decreases as we progress across a period but noble gases are an exception and they have the largest atomic radius.

Ar has largest atomic radius as it belongs to noble gases followed by Cs as it belongs to first group , then Sr which belongs to second group and finally F which belongs to halogen group .

Here we consider variation of atomic radius across a period only , since they belong to different groups and do not consider variation of atomic radius down a group.
