Now put these values of a and c in (1).

\frac{2}{3} b + b+ \frac{8}{5}b =98\\\\ Taking LCM\\\\\ \frac{10b+15b+24b}{15} = 98\\\\ 49b=(98)(15)\\\\ b=\frac{(98)(15)}{49} \\\\ b=2(15)=30
