Take a 100ml beaker.
fill half the beaker with water and mark the level of water
dissolve some salt with the help of glass rod .
observe any change in water level .
what do u think has happened to the salt ?
does level of the water change​

No the level of water will not change because the salt will go into the intermolecular space between the molecules of water
