 \frac{x - 2}{x + 2}  +  \frac{x + 2}{x - 2}  = 4

To Find:

The \:  Value \:  of \:  x

 \frac{x - 2}{x + 2}  +  \frac{x + 2}{x - 2}  = 4

⇒ \frac{(x - 2 {)}^{2}  + (x + 2 {)}^{2} }{ {x}^{2}  - 4}  = 4

⇒ {x}^{2}  + 4 - 4x +  {x}^{2}  + 4 + 4x = 4 {x}^{2}  - 16

 ⇒{2x}^{2}  + 8 = 4x - 16

⇒24 =  {2x}^{2}

⇒ {x}^{2}  = 12

∴x = 2 \sqrt{3}

Hence \:  The  \: Value \:  of  \: x = 2 \sqrt{3}
