Distance covered in 1 round = 40 m

Distance covered in 3 round = 40 × 3 = 120 m

Q3.

Ans. Perimeter of square = 80 cm

According to question,

4 × side = 80 cm

side = 80/4

side = 20 cm

Q4.

Ans. a) Perimeter of square = 4 × side

= 4 × 13 m

= 54 m

b) Length of rectangle = 5 m = 5×100

= 500cm

Breadth of rectangle= 300 cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2 (500+300)

= 2 × 800

= 1600 cm

In metres = 1600/100
