Two friends were passing through a dense forest. Suddenly they heard some animal screaming. They froze. They couldn't think of anything. They wanted to move but could not. Suddenly they saw a lion advancing towards them with a dead deer in his mouth. Their faces became as white as paper. They thought that they are going to die." Sid, he's moving towards us. " One of them said."I can see that Sam," Sid said." We are going to die" Sam whispered."No, we won't" Sid replied.Then he started moving. He took small steps making sure that the lion doesn't notice him. Then Sid asked Sam to follow him.Sam did what was told to him. As he was moving he didn't notice a twig lying on the ground and it made a sound when Sam stepped on it. The lion became aware of someone's presence. Noe the lion was looking directly at them. "What the Hell Sam" Sid shouted."Sorry," Sam said.Lion started moving towards them."Now we are surely dead," Sid said. They started to run but the lion was faster than them. He was getting closer and closer.Suddenly they heard a gunshot. They looked back and saw the lion on the ground. Then they saw a man making his way towards them."Hey, what are you guys doing in this forest? Don't you know its very dangerous?" The man asked" Sorry and thank you, Sir. We were on a camping trip but lost our way" Sid replied." Oh, no problem. I have seen a camp quite close to this place. I will take you there" The man said." thank you very much, sir," Sam said."Come follow me," The man said.Both of them started following him. They had quite a time in the forest and they will never forget this encounter with the lion.
