yes displacement can be zero even when distance is non zero. for eg a body moves 3 km and returns 3km, here distance is 6 km and displacement is zero.

in 6 (a) body has constantly increasing velocity that means it has uniform acceleration.
in (b) body has constantly decreasing velocity that means uniform negative acceleration.
