  1. write

( \frac{ \sqrt[3]{ {x}^{4 } \times y } }{ \sqrt[3]{x \times  {y}^{7} } } )

under the power of -4

2. take out x from numerator and y^2 from denominator and cancel √xy that remains

 \frac{x \sqrt[3]{xy} }{ {y}^{2} \sqrt[3]{xy}  }

Now to remove the negative exponent write the reciprocal of the expression and raise it to power 4

3. The final answer will be

 \frac{ {y}^{8} }{ {x}^{4} }

MARK AS BRAINLIEST!

I spent a lot of time in writing this...
