Answer: (2) i.Dalhousie,Simla,Manali

ii.Manali

iii.-1.6°c

1. i.Same

ii.His decision was correct as both his son and daughter gets equal amount of property.

Step-by-step explanation:

2. As the temperature of Simla given was -7/2 then in decimal form it will be on dividing = -3.5°c and same applies for manali's temperature = -8/5 = -1.6°c .... And so ascending order temperature will be -5,-3.5,-1.6 as in negative we consider the bigger number to smaller .

(ii) As they were searching for a hotter hill station they must go to manali as it's temperature was more than the others.

(iii) -1.6°c

1.On doing simplest form of the daughter's half we get = 4/10 = 2/5 on dividing both numerator and denominator by 2. After the calculations the amount of property received by son and daughter becomes equal so the answer is 'same'

(ii) The decision taken by him was right as both of his heirs get same amount of property as he gave the rest property for charity so that he could be able to give exact equal property to both his heirs.
