The rate of evaporation will be the highest in beaker C because it has a larger surface area, is kept open and has a greater wind velocity over it(due to the moving fan).

Reason:

We know that evaporation is a surface  phenomenon. If the surface area is  increased, the rate of evaporation  increases and with the  increase in wind speed, the particles of  water vapor move away with the wind,  decreasing the amount of water vapor  in the surrounding thus decreasing the humidity.
