1.By phythogorous theorom"square of hypotenus(long side of right ang triangles) is equal to squares of the other two sides"

I.e. H²=S²+S²

5²=4²+X²

X²=25-16

X=√9

X=3

2.From ∆ABP and ∆ACP

AP=AP(common side)

ang A=ang P (alternative angle)

BP=PC (given)

ang B =ang C

...therefore ∆ABP congruent to ∆ACP

by applying Pythagoras side AC become 8 cm

3.three sides are enough to construct triangle

4.longeset side is AB (by drawing triangle)
