a shopkeeper has 5 red pen , x green pen and 8 blue pen if the range is the multiple of 7 and x then what is the maximum possible value of x​

Also, the green pen = x,

Since, we have to find maximum value of x,

If x = 97,

5 + 8 + 97 = 110 is not divisible by 7,

If x = 93,

5 + 8 + 93 = 106 is not divisible by 7,

If x = 89,

5 + 8 + 89 = 102 is a multiple of 7,

Hence, the maximum value of x is 89,

That is, the sum of digits of maximum possible value of x is 17.
