Given:- AB and AC extend to points p and q
RTP:- angle PBC < angle QCB
AC>AB
proof:- From the figure,
angle QCB +angle ACB = 180° (linear pair)
angle QCB = 180- angle ACB
angle PBC + angle ABC = 180° (linear pair)
angle PBC = 180- angle ABC
But, angle PBC < angle QCB
180- angle ABC < 180 - angle ACB
- angle ABC < - angle ACB
angle ABC > angle ACB
AC> AB
