a) I would be worried about whether I could return back safely or not as there were no modern technology for diver's at that time
c) This may be an overly generalized question. If anyone has been to both Hong Kong and Dubai, which are both claimed as top shopping destinations, how would you compare the two? Does one offer better deals, lower prices, more variety, etc.?
