Hey !!
Let the fixed changes be X and the other charges be Y per km.
Then , X + 60Y = 960 -----------(1)
And,
X + 80Y = 1260 --------(2)
On subtracting (1) from (2) , we get
20Y = 300
Y = 300/20 = 15
Putting Y = 15 in (1) , we get
X + ( 60 × 15 ) = 960
X = 960 - 900
X = 60.
Therefore,
Fixed charges= 69 and the rate per km = 15 per km.
