first draw a triangle with given data.
draw a acute angle with base of the triangle.
cut equal parts according to ratio.
join denominator of ratio with the side of triangle.
draw a parallel line .and intersect the base of triangle .from this point draw a line parallel to the corresponding side of the triangle . the point where it intersect is the vertex of required triangle..
