Given :   A circle  and an arc subtending 3π/2 angle at center

To find :  What fraction of the circumference is the arc

Solution:

Arc  length   =  ( Angle subtended by arc  at center/ 2 π )  Circumference

=> Arc  length  /   Circumference  = Angle subtended by arc  at center  / 2 π

Angle subtended by arc  at center  = 3 π/2

Substituting in the formula

=> Arc  length  /   Circumference  = (3π/2)  / 2 π

=> Arc  length  /   Circumference  = 3/4

=> Arc  length = (3/4)  Circumference

3/4  fraction of the circumference  is arc length
