Using intercepts form,
x/a + y/b = 1,
In line L2 x-intercept (a) = 3
y-intercept (b) = 2
Therefore,
x/3 + y/2 = 1
2x + 3y = 1
(or)
2x + 3y - 1 =0
Hope it will be useful to you
