Please help! Does anyone know what were the poorest and most dangerous parts of London in 1968? Help is much appreciated!?

According 2  me the following were the poorest:
                                                                        Brixton 
                                                                        Peckham 
                                                                        Wandsworth 
                                                                        East Ham 
                                                                         Lewisham. 
Notting Hill is a rather plush area next to Bayswater,and certainly NOT poor in any way.
