K.E.= 1/2mv^2
K.E.= (K.E.)1-(K.E.)2
=1/2×m(v1-v2)
=1/2×1000(60-40)
= 500×20
=10000
K.E.= (K.E.)1-(K.E.)2
=1/2×m(v1-v2)
=1/2×1000(60-40)
= 500×20
=10000

convert the velocities in SI UNITS which is m/s .. then calculate change in kinetic energy...
