while using mobiles we 1st effect our eyes and our brain always inter act with mobiles so,if u avoid also our interest take place on mobile. continuously using of mobile we effect our eyes. some times our brain takes place.

please stop using Google or any other apps for your questions trying to find it in the books.
Read a book of your interest at your free time.
Avoid using phone and spent your free time with family or do some drawing. keep the phone far away from you when you are studying.
Use the phone only when its urgent.
