Answer:  My opinion is that you should use a second hand phone.  In general , the only reason to buy a used phone is if you absoulutely need a certain feature , design style , or brand. The best way to decide whether or not buy used to think about your smartphone deal-breakers. For example, one of the most important smartphone features for many consumers is the camera.
