In this question, it is given

m=750 g=0.75 kg

=>F=mg=0.75*10 N=7.5 N

We know,

Pressure acting on a surface=Force acting/Area on which force is acting

                                               =F/A

Here,

F=7.5 N

A=a*a=6*6 sq.cm=36 sq.cm=36*10^-4 sq.m

=>P=7.5/(36*10^-4)=2.083*10^3 Pa

Now for your other question, decimal division is quite simple,

First conver the decimal into sceintific notation form Eg-0.098=98*10^-4

Keep the powers of 10 aside and then proceed to divide the two nos. normally.

Then bring back the powers of 10 and you have your answer.
