\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}+43=\sqrt{141^2}}

\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}+43=141}

\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}+43-43=141-43}

\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}=98}

Squaring Both Sides

\implies\sf{\left(\sqrt{x}\right)^2=98^2}

\implies\sf{x=9604}
