Today science and technology has made our lives hi-tech. We can do almost all our works by sitting but it has a flip side and that is ill-health. Of course we should do enough of physical exercise to keep ourselves fit and in shape.We should do a thirty minutes physical activity to burn excessive calories and keep ourselves healthy. Physical activities like playing,swimming walking, cycling etc
These activities also help in weight control, build and maintain healthy bones, improve stamina, immunity from diseases, helps in management of back aches and joint pains. Also, it cuts down health care costs, increases productivity and performance at schools.


So, keeping in mind all these merits of physical activities, we all shall make it a part of our daily routine and WORK OUR WAY TO HEATH.
