ProoF :

O is midpoint of AD .

AO = DO ----- ( 1 )

Angle COD = Angle AOB ( Vertically opposite angles ) ------- ( 2 )

Angle DCO = Angle OBA ( Alternate interior angles ). --------- ( 3 )

By eqñ 1 , 2 , 3 .

∆ AOB ≅ ∆ DOC { ASA congruency }

ii )

To Prove : O is mid-point of BC OR BO = OC .

ProoF :

OB = OC ( CPCT )
