Hello!
let me make my answer better for you...
first u need to calculate the length of the second diagonal of the rhombhus so as the property of rhombus states...the diagonal divide the rhombhus to 4 congruent(equal parts)
taking a triangle will be a right angled triangle ..
so,
the length will be equal to the half of the given diagonal.....
80/2 => 40 cm
and
the height will be
x/2 ( x is the total length of the second diagonal)
the hypotenuse can be derived as hypotenuse us same as a side of the rhombus in this case so hypotenuse => 200/4 = 50
now we now that
from Pythagorean theorom
(base)^2 + (height)^2 = (hypotenuse) ^2
so, we can say.
(40)^2 + (x)^2 = (50)^2
we can simplify this as
(50)^2 - (40)^2 = (x)^2
this is extracted from a simple method of derivation of equations in 1 variable
and this can further be simplified as,
2500 - 1600 = (x)^2
that's,
900 = (x)^2
so,
x = 900^1/2 (square root)
x = 30cm ...
we got the diagonal now ....
now to find the area
we will multiply both diagonals...
=> 80cm x 30cm
=> 2400cm^2

So, to conclude the answers..

the answers are

Second diagonal = 30cm
and
Area = 2400 cm^2

Thank you, Have a nice day!!
