perimeter of first figure = (1+1+1+1+1+3)

= 8

perimeter of second figure = (1+1+2+2+2+3)

= 11

so 2nd figure have greater perimeter by 3

Answer:

perimeter of the first figure=(1+1+1+1+1+3)cm

                                              =(5+3)cm

                                              =8cm

perimeter of the second figure =(1+1+2+2+2+3)cm

                                                    =(2+2+4+3)cm

                                                    =(4+4+2+1)cm

                                                    =(10+1)cm

                                                    =11cm

thus the second figure has larger perimeter.
