 = ( \frac{3}{4  }  {x}^{2}  +  \frac{2}{5} {y}^{2} )

 = ( \frac{3}{4} {x}^{2} ) ^{2}  +  (\frac{2}{5}  {y}^{2} ) ^{2}  + 2 \times  \frac{3}{4}  {x}^{2}  \times  \frac{2}{5} {y}^{2}

 =  \frac{9}{10}  {x}^{2}  +  \frac{4}{25} {y}^{2}  +  \frac{3}{5}  {x}^{2}  {y}^{2}
