SP IS PRODUCED TO T SO, TS II QR

SO, TPRQ IS A PARALLELOGRAM.

NOW, TQR AND PQR ARE ON THE SAME BASE QR AND TP

SO ar(TQR) = ar (PQR)

SUBTRACTING ar (QUR) FROM BOTH SIDES WE GET,

ar(TQR) - ar (QUR) = ar (PQR)-ar(QUR)

ar(TQU) = ar (PUR)

HENCE PROVED
