8 {x}^{2}  - 18x + 9 \\  \\ factorising \\  \\  = 8 {x}^{2}  - 12x - 6x + 9 \\  \\  because \: we \: take \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  - 18x =  - 12x - 6x  \\  \\ now \\  \\  = 8 {x}^{2}  - 12x - 6x + 9 \\  \\   = 4x(2x  - 3) - 3(2x  - 3) \\  \\  = (2x - 3)(4x - 3)

Here option D is match with answer
