Find the number of positive integers n, such that \sqrt{n} + \sqrt{n + 1} < 11

Squaring  both the sides.

n+1 < 121 + n - 22√n

√n < 120 /222

√n < 29. 7520

Therefor all the numbers from 1 to 29 will satisfy this equation. You can also do by hit and trial but that might take time.
