U have to open ur account on https://brainly.in and search the user name to whom u have blocked and open her/his profile and click on send message
after that u will get the option of unblock from their u can unblock ur freind
after that u will get the option of unblock from their u can unblock ur freind
same problem in site also
you must have blocked and reported or the other person must have done this

1. it can be that both of either has blocked someone.
2. it can be that one of the user is on do not disturb mode.
3. it can be that either of you have blocked and reported someone in you.
solutions to unblock-
1. for 1st one go to her profile and then write a message button and then click on unblock. it is on brainly sometimes or in the phone or device which you are using go to settings of your phone and unlink this app or site and turn of the mode.
2. for 2nd one, either of you have to switch off do not disturb mode.
3. for 3rd one you have to talk to moderators or user kimmus.
