hey friend here is your answer it can be that both of either has blocked someone.
it can be that one of the user is on do not disturb mode or
It can be that either of you have blocked then reported someone in you

solutions to unblock
1. first one go to high profile and then write a message button and then click on unblock it is on brainly sometimes are in the phone or device which you are using go to settings of your phone and unlink this app or site and turn off the mode

It is because someone whom u want to text is either blocked you or reported you because the person is not want to see your texts any more if you want you unblocked contact admin - rishilaugh sir or pipi
